This building is around 100 years old, and was originally a four-unit building. It was converted to a top/bottom duplex a long time ago, and was purchased in the late 80s by my mom. We lived in the upstairs unit and rented the bottom unit.

Mom passed away a couple of years ago, leaving the house to us. In the past year the downstairs tenants have moved upstairs and we've completely renovated the downstairs unit, and we're looking for someone who'll love the place as much as we do!
